Operation principle and structure of refrigerator
I. Operation principle of refrigerator
In the circulating system of the refrigerator, the compressor inhales low temperature and low pressure refrigerant steam from the evaporator, which becomes superheated steam of high temperature and high pressure through adiabatic contraction of the compressor, and then is pressed into the condenser for constant pressure cooling, and releases heat to the cooling medium, and then cooled into the supercooled liquid refrigerant.
The liquid refrigerant is adiabatic by the expansion valve to save the low pressure liquid refrigerant, which evaporates and absorbs the heat in the circulating water (air) of the air conditioner in the evaporator, so as to cool the circulating water of the air conditioner to achieve the purpose of refrigeration. The refrigerant flowing out of the low pressure is sucked into the compressor, so as to circulate.
Two, the structure of the refrigerator
The refrigerator is composed of compressor, condenser, evaporator and economizing device. The compressor is used to deflate the refrigerant vapor from low pressure to high pressure. The condenser cools the superheated refrigerant vapor discharged from the compressor and condenses into refrigerant liquid. The heat of the refrigerant in the condenser is discharged to the cooling medium
