The rotor adopts the new British Holroyd asymmetric screw type line, which has good fluidity and high efficiency. After the optimization design, the oil film is easy to form on the tooth surface, and the AISI standard special screw rotor material with good rigidity and wear resistance is selected, so as to ensure that the rotor wear is small and the service life is particularly long.

The motor is placed in the compressor, the double-layer body structure and the specially designed exhaust chamber and the built-in oil separator, so that the noise is particularly small. The screw rotor in the compressor is a simple rotating motion, so the vibration of the compressor is particularly small. The noise and vibration values confirmed by Lloyd's Register of Shipping are 75dB(A) and 5u respectively.

The lubrication parts in the compressor are designed by high and low pressure difference oil supply and special starting oil supply, to ensure that the compressor in the absence of oil pump, driving motor and oil pressure adjusting valve parts, bearing, rotor oil supply is sufficient, reliable operation, at the same time, without oil pump, motor and other parts, greatly reduce the failure rate.

The suction port of the compressor is equipped with an efficient filter device to filter out the dirty impurities in the system to ensure the safe, efficient and reliable operation of the compressor.
