1. Environmental factors:

(1) The design environment temperature of refrigeration compressor is 32℃, which can adapt to the short-term high temperature environment above 38℃. If the space in the refrigerator is small and the air flow is not smooth, coupled with the hot summer, the condenser and compressor can not dissipate heat well. If the local ambient temperature is too high (over 45℃), the refrigeration effect will be poor. The compressor will work at full load for a long time under such harsh conditions, and the temperature rise of the motor winding and valve group is too high, which is easy to be damaged.


(2) The ambient temperature of the refrigeration compressor is too high, which will also cause the increase of the equilibrium pressure, resulting in difficulty in starting.



2, compressor dumping: compressor or refrigerator to suction tube side or cylinder head side dumping, will make the refrigerant oil in the compressor into the suction silencer, such as not normally placed for a period of time to let the oil flow out and immediately powered on operation, the compressor is easy to inhale liquid oil and damage the valve disc, is liquid hit. In addition, it may cause too much oil into the system pipeline, resulting in poor refrigeration.


3. Other factors:

(1) The vibration and impact of refrigeration compressor and refrigerator during transportation is too severe or overturn, which may damage the internal parts of the compressor and cause failure;

(2) After the compressor tube plug is removed, exposing the air for a long time will lead to moisture entering, especially in humid weather.

(3) Starting the refrigerator immediately without stabilizing for a period of time after filling the refrigerant will cause the suction pipe in the compressor to inhale the liquid refrigerant that has not been vaporized, resulting in damage to the valve group (mainly the suction valve disc).

(4) The two devices used do not meet the requirements will also lead to the refrigeration compressor damage: each compressor used in the starter and protector have specified parameters, such as PTC starter resistance value will affect the starting performance of the compressor; The protector protects the compressor by the allowed temperature rise and j maximum current. If the parameters are too low or too high, the compressor protector will operate frequently, causing the compressor to fail to work properly or lose protection in overload (such as ice blocking or compressor overheating) and damage the compressor.
